Order Processing
All UK orders are processed as per the shipping option selected (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
We have free, fast and tracked shipping options available and these will be clearly visible at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international destinations.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
1. United Kingdom: Based on the delivery options chosen as below
Standard Free Shipping: 8-10 business days
Standard Tracked Shipping: 6-8 business days
Express Tracked Shipping: 3-5 business days
Priority Tracked Shipping: 2-3 business days
During busy periods and when we have our special limited edition games out, shipping times may be longer than usual. The timescales will be clearly visible at checkout
2. Europe: 8–12 business days
3. Rest of World: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply before placing the order.
Tracking
Tracking is provided on most physical orders. If tracking is available for your shipment, details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before dispatch.
Print at home Orders
Our Print-at-Home games are delivered digitally and are available instantly after purchase. No shipping charges apply to digital products.
Customers will receive immediate access to download their files once payment has been successfully processed.
